As a prototype for a larger painting - this work has some new experiments - spray paint and stencil atmosphere and environment with a graphic jaguar drawn with pens on paper. It is an active work, but this jaguar feels quite lonely out there on the moon.

The traveling Paisanos MX/USA exhibition just opened up in Tecate this last Thursday with a beautiful reception and opening ceremony. This is the second stop in a five city tour of Mexico and it is in a fantastic space called CEART Tecate. Please visit when you can as this is an outstanding show of stellar artists from Mexico and US. "Juma" my jaguar piece is proudly displayed in the center of the gallery alongside excellent works. I plan to go visit on Saturday February 16th if anyone wants to meet me there! I share intense gratitude for Luis Alderete and Carlos Castrejon the founders of Paisanos and Laura Lehman the coordinator. Also great thanks to Mexico's public art program for supporting our endeavors.
